The Department of education has confirmed the return of all teachers who were working remotely.
When schools reopened at the beginning of lock down level 3, 22,000 teaches with comorbidities applied to work from home, due to their vulnerability if exposed to Corona virus.
The country will move to Alert level 1 as of Monday, the 21st of September. Almost the entire national labor force will return to work. This will include all the teachers that were working remotely.
These were efforts by the Department to save the lives of teachers,however more than 12 teachers succumbed to Covid-19 in the country.
Schools are urged to remain Covid-19 cautious and follow safety precautions to stay safe.
